Speaker Invitation Request Form Directions
We are so glad that you have selected to invite us to be part of your special event! Here are the steps involved with submitting a Speaker Invitation Request:
1. Submit Form: Completely fill out the form below.
2. Form Reviewed: Your form will be reviewed by a MFHCI executive and the requested speaker.
3. Contacted by Phone/Email: You will be contacted by a MFHCI executive by phone or email regarding the status of the request. Any other information necessary to move forward with the request wil be followed up by the MFHCI executive as well.
Once again we thank you for the invitation! We completely understand the time it takes to prepare for events. With this in mind, you could expect to hear back from us within 30 business days regarding your request.
